Terms of use

The site is operated by Local ORBIT Media LLC («Local ØRBIT Media», «we» or «us»), a Texas limited liability company in the United States. Contact: hello@localorbitmedia.com.

An informational site about StellaDock, software for organizing the work of agencies and small teams. Features are labeled AVAILABLE, BETA (in testing, turned on per company) or COMING SOON (planned, no date). Anything labeled BETA or COMING SOON may change or never ship.

• To request access, you join with the waitlist form or email us. Asking does not bind you to anything, and it does not bind us to give you access, a spot or a date: beta spots are limited and we assign them.
• We will use your email to talk to you about access. You can ask to leave the list at any time by writing to hello@localorbitmedia.com.
• The app beta will have its own pilot terms (use, data, duration and price), which you will need to accept before joining. These terms do not give you access to the app.

Do not use the site to:

• Do anything illegal or harmful to others.
• Try to access our systems without permission, test their security or overload them.
• Copy the content in an automated, large-scale way, except search engines that respect robots.txt.
• Impersonate another person or us.
• Send us malware or unsolicited email.

StellaDock organizes the work and shows who did what. Neither the site nor the product promises clients, sales, appointments, income, followers or reach. Examples on the site use fictional data and are illustrative.

The StellaDock name, its logos, and the site's text, design and code belong to Local ORBIT Media LLC or its licensors. You may view the site and share links to it; for any other use, ask us for permission.

Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT and the other brands mentioned belong to their respective owners. StellaDock is not affiliated with or sponsored by them.

The site links to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.

We provide the site «as is» and «as available», without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent the law allows. We may change, pause or withdraw the site or the access list at any time.

To the extent the law allows, Local ORBIT Media LLC is not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from use of the site, and its total liability for the site and the access list will not exceed 100 US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or any rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas (USA), without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Texas have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country lets you bring a claim before your own courts. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with its date. If a change is significant and we have your email, we will let you know. If any clause is held invalid, the rest stays in force.
